Hazardous Disposal/Storage and UN Testing

Disposal

• Arranging the fully licensed, authorised and certificated disposal of “out of date” or “time expired” hazardous substances and pyrotechnic stores
• Working with specialist partners we can manage complete disposal projects from review of material, collection and road transport through to destruction
• Experienced in Class 1 disposal including: Gunpowder, Propellant, Rockets, Flares and Pyrotechnic Articles
• Can provide full video evidence, written reports and disposal certificates, as required

Storage

• Can provide customers with Short or Long-Term magazine and storage facilities for Class 1, Section 5 and other materials
• Rates based on standard pallet sizes and Hazard Type
• Monthly or annual fees as required

UN Series Testing

• UN Series Testing as defined in the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria (Orange Book)
• Supporting the classification of explosives for transport required under ADR (Section 2.2.1.1.2)
• Working with specialist partners we can undertake and manage UN Series Testing on behalf of our clients
• Full range of UN Series testing including: 4 (a) & (b) and 6 (a), (b), (c) and (d)
• All documentation including: Destruction/Safety Plan, Security Plan, Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS)
• Provision of video footage and written reports fully compliant with HSE and VCA requirements
